At Seeburg – we feel it is VERY important to maintain a healthy work & life balance. Our employees are hard working, and top level, and deserve time to recharge their batteries and reap the benefits of their hard work! That’s why we offer paid time off for vacation that accrues throughout each year of employment – paid holidays for several major celebrations – and personal days to take advantage of, when it’s just necessary to have some time to de-stress and relax.
In addition to time needed to balance work and home life; our management understands that employee health is just as important. That’s why we also offer time off for health concerns, that also accrues yearly.

Seeburg Service Center not only seeks out the top and best professionals out there, we train them from their roots as well. Our Operations managers are constantly reaching out to the next generation of Automotive professionals, and we regularly participate in round table discussions and educational seminars to help new technicians and service advisors find their place in the busy automotive repair world.

Our experienced Operations managers and even our company owners, Lois & Kenny – have seen first-hand how some repair shops treat their new recruits, and our internship and entry-level opportunities are tailored to provide a clean, training-friendly, and rewarding program that forgoes the typical ‘push-a-broom/low-level-employee’ experience.

We understand that often, the best way to learn hands-on skills is to be involved and be present when great things are happening, and we strive to offer that type of training to our next generation employees.
Our technicians deserve the best; so we keep them up to date with the greatest, and often, the latest in automotive repair technology. Whether it is bleeding edge training for brand new technology being released into the wild of the automotive industry; or advanced diagnostics and testing machinery, we make sure it is accessible when needed.

We have up to date service, part, and labor information, to ensure proper compensation and repair estimates – as well as access to OEM information, and sometimes even OEM programming.

We utilize state-of-the-art digital inspection software and customer contact software, to make sure all our employees can provide top level customer service.

We have a tool truck, staffed by one of our operations managers, who travels from store to store to help our shop locations and employees in need. The manager in that truck, Dustin Atwood – is ASE Certified as a Medium/Heavy Truck Master Technician, Automotive Master Technician, Advanced Level Specialist, Undercar Specialist, Parts Specialist, and Service Consultant.

We regularly maintain, update, repair, and replace our equipment, so we can keep our service facilities and personnel operating in this century… not the stone age.

We firmly believe in making sure our service professionals have access to the best minds, the best resources, and the best technology and tools to get the job done every time.

We believe in supporting the community in other ways as well, which is why we support donate regularly to AMVETS, the nation’s most inclusive; Congressionally-chartered veteran’s service organization. We believe in their fight to safeguard and enhance the support, and quality of life for all veterans who served honorably. We respect those veterans, and thank them for their service with heartfelt ‘Thank-yous” and a Military Discount available at our locations.

We also reach out to the community with the Catholic Charities Network, by helping them provide vehicle services and sometimes even vehicles themselves to individuals and families in need. We believe in their Christian values and our responsibility to fellow human beings to reach out with compassion to all those who need help, regardless of their faith.
