Our experienced Operations managers and even our company owners, Lois & Kenny – have seen first-hand how some repair shops treat their new recruits, and our internship and entry-level opportunities are tailored to provide a clean, training-friendly, and rewarding program that forgoes the typical ‘push-a-broom/low-level-employee’ experience.
We understand that often, the best way to learn hands-on skills is to be involved and be present when great things are happening, and we strive to offer that type of training to our next generation employees.
Our technicians deserve the best; so we keep them up to date with the greatest, and often, the latest in automotive repair technology. Whether it is bleeding edge training for brand new technology being released into the wild of the automotive industry; or advanced diagnostics and testing machinery, we make sure it is accessible when needed.
We have up to date service, part, and labor information, to ensure proper compensation and repair estimates – as well as access to OEM information, and sometimes even OEM programming.
We utilize state-of-the-art digital inspection software and customer contact software, to make sure all our employees can provide top level customer service.
We have a tool truck, staffed by one of our operations managers, who travels from store to store to help our shop locations and employees in need. The manager in that truck, Dustin Atwood – is ASE Certified as a Medium/Heavy Truck Master Technician, Automotive Master Technician, Advanced Level Specialist, Undercar Specialist, Parts Specialist, and Service Consultant.
We regularly maintain, update, repair, and replace our equipment, so we can keep our service facilities and personnel operating in this century… not the stone age.
We firmly believe in making sure our service professionals have access to the best minds, the best resources, and the best technology and tools to get the job done every time.
